Secure Packaging
Place the watch, original straps, and all warranty documentation back into the original Knot presentation box to ensure protection during transit.
Shipping and Insurance
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier; we recommend using a tracked service for international shipments.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the item's condition at our workshop, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
